Through our signature techniques like the Black Swan Style™, as well as Wispy and Anime designs, we provide both online courses and in-person masterclasses that equip artists with skills they can immediately apply and adapt to their own vision.

Our Expertise
Norah Mai is an international trainer, speaker, and judge in the lash industry, renowned for her expertise in creative lash styles such as Wispy, Anime, and her signature Black Swan Style™. With a training background that bridges both European and Asian techniques, Norah has developed a distinctive approach that reflects her diverse influences, innovative spirit, and relentless curiosity.
Her ability to explore every style - both technically and artistically- has not only set her apart as an artist but also positioned her as a leader in lash education worldwide.
In 2025, her impact has extended across Europe, Asia, North America, and beyond, with invitations from Colombia, Dubai, Peru, and other regions to speak and teach at global industry events.
Through her free-spirited teaching style, passion for artistry, and dedication to high-quality education, Norah has transformed her work into a benchmark for lash professionals everywhere. Once a multi-award-winning artist in traditional lash styles, she has since become a worldwide educator whose Black Swan Style™ has captured the imagination of artists around the globe and raised the standard for what modern lash artistry can achieve.
She is based between Canada and Vietnam, balancing her international career with personal passions for terrariums, rock climbing, painting, meditation and traveling.
